Sponsored by the Hong Kong Institute for Promotion of Chinese Culture, our S.4 and S.6 Chinese History students paid a visit to the Hong Kong Palace Museum, where they delved back into the history of the antiques, ranging from painting and calligraphy to ceramics, jade, costume and textile, jewellery and rare books, collected by various dynasties at the thematic exhibitions. Travelling through the ancient times and the modern times, the students got a deeper understanding of Chinese culture, the mainland’s development and achievements on aspects of culture, art and technology.
